Yoga for a Broken Heart

An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Mondays, 12:30-1:45 p.m., for people who are grieving.
This class focuses primarily on deep relaxation aided by guided meditation. We then move into some very simple (asana) posture movements involving gentle stretching of hips, low back, shoulders and finally some heart opening asanas to assist in moving through grief. If you or anyone you know could benefit from this type of yoga class please let them know. No prior experience of yoga require, nor is getting on the floor necessary, a chair works well also.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one or a blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
Classes are $10 each or “pay what you can.”
